Portable Restroom Rental
What Does Every Porta Potty Rental Include?
Everything you need for a clean, reliable rental.
Delivery and Setup: We deliver your units on your schedule and place them where you need them. Tell us the location, we handle the logistics.
Scheduled Service: Weekly service is standard. Each service visit includes full waste removal, interior cleaning, restocking of all supplies, and deodorizing. High-traffic sites can be serviced more frequently.
Digital Service Verification: After every service visit, you receive digital confirmation that the work was completed. This isn’t an email saying “we were there.” It’s documented proof through ServiceCore — time-stamped, verifiable, and available to you anytime.
No other local provider offers this level of accountability.
Pickup and Removal: When your rental period ends, we pick up the units promptly. No chasing us down, no waiting weeks for removal.

How Many Units Does Your Site Need?
The general rule is one unit per 10 workers for a 40-hour work week. For sites with 20+ workers, or crews working overtime, add units accordingly. Cal-OSHA §1526 requires a minimum of one toilet per 20 employees. We’ll recommend the right count during your quote — just tell us your crew size and project duration.
For events, plan one unit per 50-75 guests for a 4-hour event. Add more for longer events, if alcohol is served, or if food is being served. VIP restroom trailers serve 75-150 guests depending on the model. Call us with your guest count and event details — we’ll quote the exact setup.
Yes. Standard weekly service works for most sites, but we offer twice-weekly and daily service for high-traffic crews. Multi-weekly service improves worker comfort, job site conditions, and crew morale. It’s a small investment that sets your site apart. We’ll help you determine the right frequency during the quote process.
We serve the Greater San Francisco Bay Area, Santa Cruz County, and Monterey County — including San Jose, Santa Cruz, Watsonville, Gilroy, Salinas, Monterey, and surrounding communities. View our full service area coverage.

What Comes With a Standard Portable Restroom Rental?
Portable restroom rental is the delivery, placement, and scheduled servicing of self-contained toilet units for construction sites, events, and facilities without permanent restrooms. Pro Portable Restrooms provides porta potty rentals across the Bay Area, Santa Cruz, and Monterey Counties — every unit fully stocked with hand sanitizer, toilet paper, and seat covers at every service visit.
Every unit. Every service visit. Verified.
Our standard portable restrooms arrive clean, deodorized, and fully equipped. This is what comes standard with every unit — not as an add-on, not as an upgrade:
- Hand sanitizer dispenser (filled)
- Three rolls of toilet paper
- Seat covers
- Interior cleaned and deodorized
- Exterior wiped down
When we say “fully stocked,” we mean it. Every time the door opens, these items are there. That’s our minimum standard.

How Many Porta Potties Do I Need for a Construction Site?
Construction contractors — general contractors, home builders, roofers, landscapers, pavers, and paving stone installers — are our core customers. We understand the job site:
- Units need to be clean and stocked for your crew — every day
- Service visits need to happen on schedule, not “when we get around to it”
- Invoices need to make sense — clear line items, no mystery charges
- You need a vendor who picks up the phone when you call
We provide both short-term rentals for quick jobs and long-term placements for multi-month projects. Whether you need a single unit for a two-day paving job or a fleet for a six-month commercial build, we scale to fit. Trailer-mounted units are available for sites that require mobility between work zones.
How Do I Rent Portable Restrooms for an Event?
Community events, company picnics, outdoor festivals, and private gatherings all need restroom facilities. We provide:
- Clean, well-maintained units appropriate for public-facing events
- Delivery and placement planning based on your event layout
- Service before, during (for multi-day events), and after your event
- Pickup within your specified timeline
For premium events, see our VIP restroom trailers — a restroom experience your guests will actually appreciate.
How Often Should a Porta Potty Be Serviced?
Standard service: once per week. This works for most construction sites with moderate daily traffic.
For high-traffic sites (20+ workers) or multi-day events, we offer multiple-times-a-week cleaning to keep units in top condition throughout the week. Set your site apart with facilities your crew doesn’t dread using — clean restrooms improve worker morale, reduce complaints, and show your team you invest in their working conditions.
Contractors who invest in clean facilities retain better crews. We’ll help you determine the right schedule based on your expected usage so units stay clean and stocked throughout.
STANDARD UNIT
The standard portable restroom is built for reliable daily use on construction sites and events. Spacious interior with a non-slip floor, interior lock, and ventilation system for airflow and light.
ADA-COMPLIANT
An oversized, wheelchair-accessible portable restroom designed for ADA compliance. Wide entry door, interior grab bars, and a spacious floorplan that accommodates wheelchairs and mobility aids.
How Do I Know My Porta Potty Was Actually Serviced?
This is what sets Pro Portable Restrooms apart.
Every other company tells you they serviced your unit. We prove it. Through ServiceCore, our digital verification platform, every service visit is documented with:
- Date and time of service
- Services performed
- Supply levels confirmed
- Technician verification
You never have to wonder whether your units were serviced. You’ll know.
For construction managers who need documentation for compliance, job cost tracking, or simply holding vendors accountable — this changes the game.
