Every unit includes hand sanitizer, three rolls of toilet paper, and seat covers, restocked at every service visit. Interior cleaning, waste removal, and deodorizing are included with every service. This is standard, not an upgrade.

Weekly: Standard for most construction sites with 5-15 daily users per unit. Twice-weekly or more: Recommended for high-traffic sites with 20+ workers, or any site where crew comfort and cleanliness are a priority. Daily: Available for events or peak-use periods. We'll recommend a service frequency during the quote process based on your headcount, site type, and project duration. Upgrading to multi-weekly service is available at any time during your rental.

A freshwater holding tank stores clean, non-potable water for handwashing and restroom trailer supply. A waste holding tank collects wastewater from portable toilets and sinks when no sewer connection is available. Many sites need both, we rent and service each.

Water buffalo is the common job-site term for a portable freshwater tank on a trailer or skid. Same equipment, different name depending on who you ask. If your GC is requesting a water buffalo, a freshwater holding tank rental is what they mean.

Our tanks supply non-potable water rated for handwashing. We don't position our freshwater tanks as drinking water sources for crew consumption, that's a separate setup. The water meets sanitation standards for handwash use.

Temporary fence rental is quoted as one flat price, set by the linear feet of perimeter you need and how long you keep it. That one price covers delivery, professional installation, and removal, with no hidden surcharges. Measure your perimeter, count the gates, and we will turn it into a firm number the same day.
