What Services Are Available Across Our Coverage Area?

Every service Pro Portable Restrooms offers is available throughout our full coverage area:

  • Portable restroom rental — Standard units for construction sites, fully stocked at every service visit with hand sanitizer, toilet paper, and seat covers.
  • VIP restroom trailers — Climate-controlled trailers with running water and premium finishes for weddings, corporate events, and special occasions.
  • Portable sinks and handwash stations — Standalone handwashing units for construction hygiene compliance and event sanitation.
  • Waste holding tanks — Additional waste capacity for large-scale sites and long-duration projects.
  • Temporary fencing — Construction perimeter security, crowd control, and site access management.

All rentals include scheduled service, full restocking, and digital service verification — documented proof that your units were serviced. Standard weekly service works for most sites. For high-traffic crews or demanding project schedules, twice-weekly and daily service options are available across our full coverage area.

Can I Bundle Multiple Site Services With One Vendor?

Most construction sites need more than just portable restrooms. You need sinks for hygiene compliance, fencing for site security, and holding tanks for extended projects. With Pro Portable Restrooms, you get all your site services from one vendor:

  • One phone call to schedule everything
  • One delivery coordinated around your timeline
  • One service schedule to track
  • One invoice at the end of the month

Stop managing three different companies for basic site needs. Request a quote and we’ll bundle your services into one clean package.

Why Choose Pro Portable Restrooms?

Clean units, verified service, and honest billing — from a family-owned company that treats your site like our reputation depends on it. Because it does.

Clear quotes, matching invoices, no surprises. No hidden environmental fees, no fuel surcharges, no administrative charges buried in the fine print.

Family-Owned

When you call, you reach the owners. Problems get solved in one conversation. We take your site personally because our name is on every unit we deliver.

Full Coverage

Restrooms, sinks, fencing, holding tanks, VIP trailers — every service available across every city in our coverage area. No gaps, no excuses.

How Many Units Does Your Site Need?

Use our calculator to estimate the right setup for your project.

The general rule is one unit per 10 workers for a 40-hour work week. For sites with 20+ workers, or crews working overtime, add units accordingly. Cal-OSHA §1526 requires a minimum of one toilet per 20 employees. We’ll recommend the right count during your quote — just tell us your crew size and project duration.

For events, plan one unit per 50-75 guests for a 4-hour event. Add more for longer events, if alcohol is served, or if food is being served. VIP restroom trailers serve 75-150 guests depending on the model. Call us with your guest count and event details — we’ll quote the exact setup.

Yes. Standard weekly service works for most sites, but we offer twice-weekly and daily service for high-traffic crews. Multi-weekly service improves worker comfort, job site conditions, and crew morale. It’s a small investment that sets your site apart. We’ll help you determine the right frequency during the quote process.

We serve the Greater San Francisco Bay Area, Santa Cruz County, and Monterey County — including San Jose, Santa Cruz, Watsonville, Gilroy, Salinas, Monterey, and surrounding communities. View our full service area coverage.
